"That's what we're about to find out." The Doctor actually waggled his eyebrows for the briefest of moments before dashing down the 'street'. Street is a loose term, but was the most appropriate given it was indeed a street. Lucky for them, traffic wasn't an issue.
"C'mon!" He throws open a door to one of the buildings, curious to know if it'll be absorbed into the ground as well, and what was beneath? Just a holding area or something else entirely? The next question would be WHY were they being absorbed? Typically it was a defensive move... but from what?
